If you change your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 days (2 weeks).
All the products should be in excellent condition and their packaging should not be opened.
With your return please also include a photocopy of the receipt of your order if you are a retail customer or a Consignment Note if you are a wholesale customer.
For non-defective products the shipping cost is charged to the customer.
In case you receive a different product from what you’ve ordered, please contact our customer service and we will send you the right one with no extra shipping costs.
Defective products we will be replaced without any additional charge.
You have also the right not to receive an order whose packaging is damaged.

Once the returning products are delivered to us refund will take place within 14 days maximum.
