DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery by “Geniki Taxidromiki” courier
We cooperate with “Geniki Taxidromiki” or "ACS" courier for safe and fast deliveries. Shipping costs are charged to the recipient. Delivery cost for small size parcels up to 5kg is 4€+Vat for Greece and 12€ for Cyprus.
Delivery cost for oversized parcels, in Greece and Cyprus, are shown in the tables below.
If the cost of delivery changes we will contact you in order to inform and ask you if you are willing to accept the extra cost.
Delivery to BOX NOW lockers (service available from 01/01/2026)
Our company ships parcels via BOX NOW to automated pickup lockers.
Delivery to BOX NOW lockers is available in Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria.
BOX NOW lockers operate 24/7, allowing you to collect your parcel at a time that suits you, easily and securely.
The locker is selected during checkout by searching for the most convenient location based on your postal code.
CHARGES AND MAXIMUM PARCEL SIZE
GREECE: €2.50 + VAT // up to 20 kg or 60 × 45 × 36 cm
CYPRUS: €14.00 + VAT // up to 7 kg or 60 × 45 × 36 cm
BULGARIA: €4.50 + VAT // up to 20 kg or 60 × 45 × 36 cm
On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification message with delivery details and a PIN code to open your locker. Your parcel will remain in the locker for 48 hours, with the option to extend the pickup period by up to 24 hours (extensions can be arranged exclusively in coordination with BOX NOW).
If the selected locker is unavailable, your order will be automatically delivered to the nearest available locker. Locker management and final locker selection are handled exclusively by BOX NOW.
Please note that for deliveries to BOX NOW lockers, cash on delivery is not available.
Delivery by carrier
For heavy weight or oversized parcels we recommend shipping by carrier. We cooperate with carriers throughout Greece in order to deliver even to the most distant areas. We will contact you before shipping in order to inform you for the shipping cost. Shipping cost is charged to the recipient. Payment can’t be made upon delivery.
Collect you order at our store
Shop online at kalogiannis.gr, we will inform you when your order is ready in order to collect it from our store. Choose the time and day that suit you best and pick up your order with no shipping charges.

Orders with delivery address within Thessaloniki and amount above 30€ can be delivered to you free of charge. You have also the option to pay upon delivery. Estimated delivery date is between 1 to 2 working days from your order confirmation.

Order delivery time
The majority of orders received by 14:00 are delivered in 1 to 2 business days, always based on the availability of each product. Despite our efforts to be completely consistent with the indications and delivery times, there is a possibility that the availability of a product may change due to delivery delay by our supplier or due to force majeure (extreme weather events, strikes, etc.). In any case, we will contact you and ask you how you wish us to proceed. If you need a product at a strictly specific time, before proceeding with your order, consult the indication of its availability and contact us at info@kalogiannis.gr or at 2310555557, so that you have a valid and immediate information.
