HOW CAN I ORDER?
  • From our e-shop kalogiannis.gr

    In order to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we have equipped kalogiannis.gr with modern and easy-to-use tools for quick and easy product search.

    Browse products in our online store and click the button "add to cart" to buy them. When you finish shopping, follow the steps to complete your order. You can also easily create a list of favourite products, just click the hurt icon next to the product you want to add it automatically to your list.

    You can complete your order as a guest or create your personal account for greater convenience in your future orders.

    Fill in the necessary contact details, choose the type of document (receipt or invoice), the shipping method and the payment method that suits you and after that you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

    If you are not familiar with online shops or if you would like to know more details about a product before ordering it, you can call our customer service and place your order by phone.

    You can send your order by email to info@kalogiannis.gr or by fax to +30 2310 542300. Just write a list with the codes and quantities of the products you wish to buy. And let us know the payment and shipping method you prefer. We will contact you to inform you about the progress of your order. Please do not forget to write a contact phone number in case you do not have an email.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

In order to shop online from kalogiannis.gr it is not necessary to have an account. By creating an account you save time and have a more pleasant experience. Create now your personal account through an easy and fast process and

I DON’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD

For security reasons, the password of your account is encrypted, so in case you forget it cannot be recovered. In such a case you do not need to worry, you can create a new password by following 3 very simple steps

  • Go to Login/Register
  • Choose “Forgot Your password?”.
  • Complete the same email address that you use in your previous registration at kalogiannis.gr
Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your registered email in order to have access in your account again.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

To help you estimate your order delivery time our products have availability indications that informs you instantly about the product stock. 

  • AVAILABLE: Products are instantly available. Your order will be delivered from 1 - 2 working days.
  • AVAILABLE 1-3 DAYS: Products will be available for delivery from 1 to 3 working days.
  • TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK: Products are temporarily not αvailable and you can’t add them to your shopping cart. If you are interested in any of those products please send us an email info@kalogiannis.gr or call our customer service +30 2310555557 in order to be informed about the estimated time that the product you wish will be available again.
  • UPON REQUEST: Delivery time for those products differs. The usual time period is 5 to 15 working days. 3 days after your order you will receive an email with all the details. If your order includes products upon request we suggest to pay after you receive the email confirmation of your order.
WHAT IS SALE UNIT?
The price listed on each product corresponds to its sale unit. Use the sale unit in order to add the quantity of products you need. E.g. If the sale unit is “Set of 50 pieces” and you add 2 products in your shopping cart you will receive 100 pieces of that product, if the sale unit is meter by putting 3 in the basket you will receive 3 meters from the product and so on.
WHAT PRODUCT LABEL “Χ DIFFERENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE” MEANS?
In order to make your shopping experience even better we have grouped similar products. Usually these products have same features and different dimensions. These products have the label “x different options available”. Click these products and find all the similar ones, listed in a table. Buy them directly from that table or you click in a product and learn more details before you add it in your cart.

    While you are browsing at kalogiannis.gr you can store any product that interests you in a wish list. To do that just click the hurt icon that is next to the product, and the product will be added instantly. From that list you can easily add products to your shopping cart when you wish.

WHICH IS MY ORDER NUMBER?
After you complete your order you will receive an email with all your order details. At the top of that email (in the "Order Information" section) next to the # symbol there is a unique number. This number is your order number. Write this number if you pay by bank deposit or use it if you contact us.
DISCOUNTS ACCORDING TO THE PURCHASE QUANTITY
Search for products with volume discounts and take advantage. In these products there is a detailed table which indicates the discount rate according to the purchase quantity. The discount is made automatically in the shopping cart.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
For packages up to 5 kg within Greece the usual shipping cost is 4 € + VAT. This cost will be added in your order at your shopping cart. However, there are some products that may be lighter but have large volume (e g cartons). In these cases the parcels are charged by volume For more information visit shipping methods page. For heavy weight or oversized parcels we recommend shipping by carrier. We cooperate with carriers throughout Greece in order to deliver even to the most distant areas. We will contact you before shipping is made and inform you about the shipping cost. Shipping cost is charged to the recipient. Payment can’t be made upon delivery.
WHICH IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?
The majority of orders received by 14:00 are delivered in 1 to 2 business days, always based on the availability of each product. Despite our efforts to be completely consistent with the indications and delivery times, there is a possibility that the availability of a product may be changed unexpectedly due to delivery delay by our supplier or due to force majeure (extreme weather events, strikes, etc.). In any case, we will contact you and ask you how you wish us to proceed. If you need a product at a strictly specific time, before proceeding with your order, consult the indication of its availability and contact us at info@kalogiannis.gr or at +30 2310555557, so that you have valid and immediate information.
RETURN POLICY. WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after you returned the items. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.

For payments by credit card we inform the bank to cancel your payment. Then the bank refunds the balance to the credit card originally used. 

If you pay by bank deposit or by cash please let us know a bank account that you wish your balance to be refunded to.
